At mornos., we take pride in creating premium drinkware designed to move with you. We want you to be confident in every purchase and have a clear understanding of your rights if something isn’t right with your order.

This Returns & Refunds Policy explains how returns, refunds, exchanges, and faulty products are handled when purchasing through the mornos. website.

Nothing in this policy is intended to exclude, restrict, or modify any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).

Change of Mind Returns

We understand that sometimes you may change your mind. We accept change-of-mind returns within 30 days of delivery, provided that:

* The product is unused and in its original condition.
* The product has not been washed or used for food or beverages.
* The product is returned in its original packaging with all accessories and components included.
* Proof of purchase is provided.

For hygiene reasons, products that have been used, washed, or filled with food or beverages cannot be accepted for change-of-mind returns.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless required by law.

Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Products

If your product arrives faulty, damaged, defective, or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible after receiving your order.

Please provide:

* Your order number.
* A brief description of the issue.
* Clear photos or videos showing the fault, damage, or incorrect product where reasonably necessary to assess the issue.

Depending on the circumstances and your rights under Australian Consumer Law, we may offer a repair, replacement, exchange, or refund.

If the product has a major failure under Australian Consumer Law, you may be entitled to choose between a replacement or refund. For a minor failure, we may choose to repair the product within a reasonable time or provide another appropriate remedy as required by law.

Where a product is confirmed to be faulty or otherwise covered by Australian Consumer Law, mornos. will cover reasonable return shipping costs where required.

Damage During Delivery

Please inspect your order after delivery. If your product appears to have been damaged during transit, contact us promptly with your order number and clear photographs of:

* The damaged product.
* The product packaging.
* The shipping box or satchel, including the shipping label where possible.

This helps us assess the issue and arrange an appropriate resolution.

How to Request a Return

Please include your order number, reason for the return, and any relevant photos or videos.

Do not send a product back without contacting us first. We will provide return instructions and, where applicable, the appropriate return address.

Items returned without first requesting a return may not be accepted.

Return Shipping

For approved change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for the cost of returning the product.

We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as mornos. cannot be responsible for return parcels that are lost or damaged in transit before reaching us, except where responsibility otherwise rests with us under applicable law.

If the return relates to a faulty, defective, damaged, incorrectly supplied, or otherwise non-compliant product, return shipping will be handled in accordance with your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your approved return, we will notify you of the outcome.

If a refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear in your account after it has been processed, depending on your bank or payment provider.

We do not control processing times imposed by banks, card issuers, or payment providers.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an unused product for a different eligible product, please contact us within 30 days of delivery.

Exchanges are subject to product availability and the conditions outlined in this policy. Customers may be responsible for return and additional shipping costs for change-of-mind exchanges.

If your requested replacement is unavailable, we may offer an alternative product or refund where appropriate.

Non-Returnable Items

Unless required by Australian Consumer Law, we cannot accept change-of-mind returns for:

* Products that have been used or washed.
* Products that have been filled with food or beverages.
* Products not in their original condition.
* Products missing original packaging, accessories, or components.
* Gift cards.
* Personalised or custom-made products, if applicable.
* Items marked as final sale, where permitted by law.

These exclusions do not affect your rights regarding faulty or defective products under Australian Consumer Law.

Sale Items

Sale or promotional items may be eligible for return under our standard change-of-mind policy unless clearly marked as final sale, where permitted by law.

Regardless of whether a product was purchased at full price or on sale, your rights under Australian Consumer Law continue to apply to faulty or defective products.

Cancellations and Order Changes

If you need to cancel or change your order, contact us as soon as possible at hello@mornos.com.au.

We will do our best to accommodate your request. However, once an order has been processed, packed, or dispatched, we may be unable to cancel or modify it.

If the order has already been dispatched, our standard returns process may apply.

Australian Consumer Law

Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law.

You may be entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You may also be entitled to have goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

Nothing in this Returns & Refunds Policy limits or excludes any rights or remedies available to you under Australian Consumer Law.
