At mornos., we take pride in the quality, functionality, and performance of our products. Our drinkware is designed for everyday use and built to move with you wherever the day takes you.

This Warranty Policy explains how we handle product faults and manufacturing defects and how you can make a warranty claim.

Nothing in this policy is intended to exclude, restrict, or modify any rights or remedies available to you under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).

Our Commitment to Quality

We stand behind the quality of our products. If you believe your mornos. product has a manufacturing defect or fault, please contact us so we can assess the issue and help determine the appropriate resolution.

Each warranty claim is assessed individually, taking into account the nature of the issue, the age of the product, its expected lifespan, how it has been used, and any other relevant circumstances.

What Our Warranty Covers

Subject to your rights under Australian Consumer Law, our voluntary warranty may cover genuine manufacturing defects affecting the normal intended use or functionality of the product, including:

* Defects in materials or workmanship.
* Manufacturing faults affecting the functionality of the product.
* Defects affecting the normal operation of lids, seals, locking mechanisms, or other components.
* Other faults determined to have resulted from a manufacturing defect rather than misuse, accidental damage, or ordinary wear and tear.

What Our Voluntary Warranty Does Not Cover

Unless otherwise required by Australian Consumer Law or another applicable law, our voluntary warranty does not generally cover:

* Normal wear and tear from regular use.
* Scratches, dents, chips, fading, discolouration, or other cosmetic damage resulting from use.
* Damage caused by drops, impacts, accidents, misuse, or improper handling.
* Damage resulting from improper cleaning or failure to follow product care instructions.
* Damage caused by unauthorised modifications, alterations, or attempted repairs.
* Damage resulting from using the product for purposes other than its intended use.
* Loss or theft of the product.
* Damage caused by exposure to conditions inconsistent with the product’s intended use.
* Natural deterioration of seals, gaskets, finishes, coatings, or other components through ordinary use over time.

These exclusions apply only to our voluntary warranty and do not exclude, restrict, or modify any rights you may have under Australian Consumer Law.

Normal Wear and Tear

Our products are designed to be used, and signs of normal use may naturally develop over time.

Minor scratches, dents, marks, fading, discolouration, or cosmetic changes resulting from ordinary use are generally considered normal wear and tear and are not manufacturing defects.

However, every claim will be considered based on its individual circumstances, and nothing in this policy limits your statutory consumer rights.

How to Make a Warranty Claim

To submit a warranty claim, please contact us at:

Email: hello@mornos.com.au

Please include:

* Your full name.
* Your order number or other valid proof of purchase.
* A clear description of the issue.
* Clear photographs or videos showing the fault, where reasonably necessary to assess your claim.

We may request additional information where reasonably necessary to properly assess the issue.

Please do not return a product without contacting us first and receiving return instructions.

Assessment of Warranty Claims

Once we receive sufficient information about your claim, we will assess it and contact you with the outcome or request any additional information that may be reasonably required.

If a product is found to have a manufacturing defect or another issue covered by this warranty or Australian Consumer Law, the appropriate remedy will depend on the nature and circumstances of the fault.

Depending on the circumstances and your legal rights, this may include a repair, replacement, refund, or another appropriate remedy.

Return Shipping for Warranty Claims

If we ask you to return a product for assessment, we will provide appropriate return instructions.

Where a product is confirmed to be faulty or otherwise covered by Australian Consumer Law, reasonable return shipping costs will be handled in accordance with your rights under applicable law.

Please do not send products back without prior authorisation, as this may delay the assessment of your claim.

Australian Consumer Law

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law.

You may be entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You may also be entitled to have goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

Consumer guarantees apply automatically and are separate from any voluntary warranty offered by mornos.

Nothing in this Warranty Policy excludes, restricts, or modifies any rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, restricted, or modified.

Changes to This Warranty Policy

We may update this Warranty Policy from time to time to reflect changes to our products, business practices, or applicable laws.

Any updated version will be published on this page with a revised Last updated date.
